The Branson estate is made up of 3 villas: Headland house, Beach villa, and Mangrove villa sleeping up to 22 guests in 11 bedrooms throughout. The Beach villa, inspired by Richard’s daughter Holly, has an enviable sheltered position with views out to sea and up to the headland house. The Mangrove villa, inspired by Richard’s son Sam is nestled in amongst mangrove trees. All rooms are elevated and connected both to Headland house and to the neighboring Beach villa by wooden walkways.
Headland house is the heart of the Branson estate. it is perched on an outcrop on the northeast tip of Moskito island.
The villa has three suites, and the most surprising feature is the wrap-around infinity pool that meanders from just left off the main entrance around to the master suite.
Moskito Island offers dozens of activities both in water and on land. The fully equipped gym is the perfect place to start.
By the Beach House, there are two floodlit Astroturf tennis courts. If the group wants to show off their competitive skills, we can organize team games including basketball, 5-a-side football, beach volleyball, water volley, and beach cricket.
Water activities include sailing, kitesurfing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Underwater activities include snorkelling as well as scuba diving.
